Codes and Licenses


1. How do I get the codes to access the site?

All the codes for this site will be e-mailed directly to schools using UDP materials at the beginning of each school year. In order to request a license you must contact your ELT consultant or our customer service call center at (52 55) 10878400 or (01800) 2008400 ext: 430, or send an e-mail to support@univdaytonpublishing.com.

2. How do I request a license?

All the codes for this site will be e-mailed directly to schools using UDP materials at the beginning of each school year. In order to request a license you must contact your ELT consultant or our customer service call center at (52 55) 10878400 or (01800) 2008400 ext: 430, or send an e-mail to support@univdaytonpublishing.com.

      3. What steps should I follow in order to access a digital book for the first time?

      In order to access an interactive digital book you must: 

a)  Have the license code with you. 

b) Register yourself as a new user.

c) Activate the license.

      4. How do I activate a book license?

If it is your first time activating a license, select the option “New User.” Enter the license code and fill out the registration form.

If you have already activated another license, enter you username and password in the homepage fields. Then click on the option “Add Book” and enter the new book’s license code.
 

5. Why can’t I activate my license?

Please, make sure:

         a) you have entered the license code correctly.

         b) no one else is using the same license code.

If you still are unable to activate the license, please contact our customer service call center at (52 55) 10878400 or (01800) 2008400 ext: 430, or send an e-mail to support@univdaytonpublishing.com.

6. Can I have more than one license per book?
 
No, a user cannot have more than one license per book.

7. When will I no longer be able to access the book?

The user can access the book until the book’s license expires.

8. Do I need to enter the license number every time I access a digital book?

No, you only have to enter the license number the first time you register.

9. Do I need a different password for each book?

No, you only need one username and one password to access all your books and to add new licenses.

10. Can a user have access to several digital books?

Yes, one user can have access to several digital books.

11. What should I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password go back to the homepage and click on the option “Forgot Password?” Then re-enter your e-mail address. You will receive an e-mail containing your username and password.

      12.    How do I know when my license expires?

The expiration date of any license appears to the right of the book’s title.

13. Can a colleague use my book license?

No, once you have activated a license, no one else can activate it again.
